His experience in building a high-performing, high-growth Salesforce Practice is the fundamental founding principle for Bolt Today.
At Bolt Today we have a team of experts. We do not operate in a traditional hierarchical model (or 1:2:5 head-to-tail ratio). Instead, we have a highly collaborative culture. We started our journey with McGraw Hill Financials (now called S&P Global) and helped one of their companies, Platts, migrate from Oracle to Salesforce. As this looks trivial in the Salesforce world, S&P selected Bolt Today based on one of its fundamental principles: the typical lift & shift approach won't benefit them.
Bolt Today's approach was to analyze and optimize the business processes and to devise a bite-sized delivery plan that would give tangible ROI after every release. The CFO funded the project based on this approach, and the program was a huge success.
The foundation of the company was established.
The first Bolt Solution was created – Bolt Metrics. The primary objective of Bolt Metrics was to help the Salesforce users do their job better. The framework has multiple aspects that can help organizations improve user adoption, data quality, and the insights they can generate from Salesforce.
The first Bolt Product was also created and hosted on AppExchange – Bolt Connections; to help sellers and Sales Management map their customer’s organization and understand who are the key stakeholders, what level of relationships their sellers have developed with them, and where are the blind spots that can risk on closing the deals.
2019 established the growth platform for Bolt Today. The delivery and sales team were established across USA and India. We expanded our teams of Solution Architects, Strategic Account Managers, and technology experts. We matured the processes and set up a well-oiled machine for growth.
The Pandemic hit in mid-2020, and it created panic across the world. Companies struggled with the remote working of their workforce. At Bolt Today, we were able to transition into remote working within a week successfully and were able to hire remote workers. We successfully met our customer demand and provided them with strategic consulting and delivery to make their remote employees productive.
Bolt Metrics and Bolt Solutions played a significant part in providing ready-to-use Bolt-on-solutions to our customers.
Deep industry expertise and frameworks were established.
2022 was the year primarily focused on creating industry solutions and deep expertise across four domains – Technology, FinTech, Healthcare, and Non-Profit.
We have focused on these 4 industry verticals and are building solution frameworks that will accelerate time to market.
